It's voting time Welcome to the April
2003 issue of MyAtari magazine. Isn't time flying this year, I cannot believe it is April already! I'm
currently taking some time off work to catch up with old friends,
set up my own company and generally chill out
(if that's at all possible!). As I write this, I'm halfway through my holiday and it's going way too fast for my liking...
Anyway, down to business...
Although a little later than planned, I would like to announce the launch of the 2003 MyAtari Reader Awards. Below
are the categories in which we would like you to vote.
- Best Atari supporting company of the year
- Best Atari magazine of the year
- Best Atari web site of the year
- Best Game release of the year
- Best Programmer of the year
- Best Commercial software release of the year
- Best Non-Commercial
software
release of the year
- Best Hardware upgrade of the year
- Outstanding contribution to the Atari community
Voting will take
place between 07-14 April 2003, so let's make the awards this year even bigger
and better than before!

Every time I
sit down to write this foreword, more articles
and related material pile up in my mail box!
Right now it's a cool April Sunday morning,
I'm not usually even awake at this time so I'll
get it out of the way before I crack on with
editing the other articles.
MyAtari at
JagFest UK! Make a diary entry 14-15
June. As announced in the news section
this month, JagFest UK 2003 is official, and
even better, MyAtari will be there! Of course
we'll be bringing you a full report in the magazine,
and I hope this time, with much earlier notice,
we'll meet a lot more of our supporters than
I did at Retrovision III last month. The MyAtari
team attendance list currently stands at myself,
the two Matthews and TXG. This will be a great
opportunity to meet you, our readers, so why
not make a day or even a weekend of it? We'll
have some special suprises in store for you!
