System 7.1 and later came with an extension allowing you to read and write PC floppies. So just stick the SIT or HQX archive on the floppy and copy it across.
The biggest problem is bootstrapping StuffIt Expander without StuffIt Expander to extract the archive.

Welcome Fabrice. Well, the hard drive spinning up and down is a known problem. The synthetic rubber bumper for the heads turns to goo and sticks the heads so thay can't move. BlueSCSI v2 and 68882 ordered. Up the disk cache to 7MB and even with a ZIP100 drive the machine is pretty decent even with 16 bit colour. Both the composite and the s-video leads you have there seem to be ringing, giving you ghosting. You may need a ferrite core on them or get better cables.

I don’t know the speed of 030 I’ve fitted as I couldn’t read the markings, even if they’re a real freescale marking. The markings seem to have wiped off the one I fitted.
