Re: Project: HDMI/DVI out for STFM
You’ve got another beta tester here Smonson, if you need one (I’m in Oz as well if that helps and have a large collection I can test this with).

Re: My new 130XE
A few months on, how are you finding the Sophia DVI, Ingo? I've used mine for a time, and while it's super sharp image can't be denied, I'm finding I like to switch back to the RGB solution for all its minor fuzziness (it's as if the digital display has far exceeded what the 8-bit should look like. ...

It’s just a standard 4 pin S-Video cable. I can’t speak for other regions but in Australia they have been included on TVs...

Put me down for one as well Chris.
I’m contemplating looking at ways to create a desktop case with external keyboard for the ST (as you may recall I have a case on it’s way to me ...plus I have one of the lighthouse keyboards at home already).

Re: Another registration, another Aussie
I have a feeling complete Atari collection: Mega ST’s, STE, Mega STE’s, TT’s and Falcons but while I’ve had a few STf and STFMs (which I originally owned), I haven’t kept one in my collection. Depends how you look at it, Mega ST 1 is entry level for me now! I did dig out a non working 800XL from my ...

Re: S-Video/composite board for Atari STs -- great for STFs
I did purchase a GBS8200 around the same time and noticed the mouse pointer “anomaly”.
I have to admit, I don’t have this anymore but I do recall that that wasn’t present.

S-Video/composite board for Atari STs -- great for STFs
(I recall a few years back when I first got back into Atari's, I came up with this and was shot down on the Atari Forums. I'll post it for other's reference because, well, it actually worked!) For countries where SCART is less common, obtaining a better video signal than RF/composite on modern displ...
