Re: Falcon Diagnostic cart\accelerated bus

Nothing is modified ...

You can't feed the acia on its own clock can you ? Its normally generated from the CPU and its a enable signal not a clock. No idea how its generated on the falcon. Have you tried just putting the acia back to stock ?

Re: Life, focus, where and why?

Grass is always greener syndrome ;)

I constantly ask myself why I spend the majority of my days bagging up piles components into little pink bags, when it is the most tediously boring and repetitive thing ever and yet I keep on doing it for some reason

Re: USB <> ST mouse adapters - The end of PeST ?

I have two different USB to Atari adapters, smallymouse (IIRC) and the mouSTer https://retrohax.net/the-mouster-project-is-here/ . The latest one is much better, smaller (which is important in case of 1040), more compatible and firmware is regularly updated. I have seen them pop up now and again, I...

Re: H5C1 Buyers interests

@exxos Either my brain is now totally fried...or the maths on the original post is out by one. I think it should be 11 boards ordered. Ah yep. I can't count above 10. Run out of fingers. Trying to see if I have enough overtime built up to afford one as well... should know at the end of the month (s...

Re: USB <> ST mouse adapters - The end of PeST ?

@derkom I have wondered about reselling his stuff in the UK, but I think lots people have jumped on that bandwagon already. I could build the thing up myself, but don't really want to get sidetracked into another project to that extent.

USB <> ST mouse adapters - The end of PeST ?

With PeST running low on stocks now, I was looking to do another batch, but started thinking I really don't want to mess around with the cables on the things any more. They actually takes a lot of time to strip and tin etc.. Again because of my bad fingers it is a job I just do not want to do any mo...
