Re: My weekend sorted...

If it wasn't for that first Atari , I wouldn't have got into Atari machines at all. Oddly the 2600 seems to be much more popular than I thought. I'm going to look into the composite mods for it and see if I can come up with a kit. I know there are countless variations already, but I like to create m...

ST/F/M 6 CHIP ROM UK IN STOCK

6_chip_tos.jpg Finally started doing these sets. Only had chance today to do five sets of UK TOS1.04 ROM's. Will try and do some other languages next week. These are brand-new chips used and are 100ns, so should be compatible with my V1.5 booster as well. STORE LINK https://www.exxoshost.co.uk/atar...

My weekend sorted...

2600.jpg My first ever Atari machine, had when I was around 14 years old I think. Going to see if I can get it going on my girlfriends TV over the weekend! Sadly not many games, centipede, pole position, phoenix, space invaders. Will likely have to look on evilbay for some games, any suggestions ?

Wow. I must say : lightning-fast shipping ! :excited:
Thank you !
Thanks for your order!

Yes, my girlfriend packs and ships stuff, I just don't have time to do it myself. It would take me 5 days to find which "pile" the sticky tape is in for starters if I shipped the stuff!

Re: STE VIDEO GHOSTING FIX

Another thing is, I’ve connected the HDMI converter to a VGA connector and connected it to a 5:4 ratio Acer AL1917 VGA LCD screen, image quality is great and it has built in speakers. So, basically the converter works as a scandoubler/scaler. I use it with all my retro computers not only my Atari S...

I did this fix too, on my 1040 STE. I am running my STE through a SCART/HDMI converter and this has improved the image quality significantly. Very happy with it.
Nice one, thanks for letting me know!
