Re: Declaring interest in REV G board.

Just a quick note that this project will resume in a few weeks.. Basically I need to do a whole lot of measuring with holes and chip locations next. It will take some time to complete anyway.. I think all the circuit changes I did already. But more to the point is there needs to be at least 10 peopl...

Has anyone tried the v3 DAC board yet ? It should work as its a fixed v2 design , though don't think anyone's actually tried the v3 board yet...

And now it begins. Soldering past midnight is not advisable
There speaks wise words  and I raise you with not designing PCBs past midnight.

Yes, we have a friendly productive community here for Atari & Amiga :) There are a lot of knowledgeable active people on this forum who are indeed doers rather than just talkers. The only person to probably endlessly ramble on about something is probably myself

Falcon VGA 3-in-1 monitor adapter by dhedberg

fa.jpg This adapter plugs into the monitor port and makes it possible to connect monitors using a standard VGA cable. It also features a switch for changing between RGB and VGA video modes, allowing users with multi-sync monitors to take advantage of all video modes of the Falcon030. Finally, the a...

Re: STE V1.5 32MHz BOOSTER - STATUS

Been messing about with the Atmel PLD for the past few hours.. Long story short, I'm having trouble even getting the STE 32MHz clock stable  So the bottom line is, should I produce another batch of this booster, it will just have to use the STE 32MHz clock. Though more testing will have to be ...

About to order parts, this looks like 1/4 Watt resistors would go in the composite sync circuit does anyone know if this is correct?
All standard resistors yes.

I thought that was normal on the Blitter, bigger question for me, I know nothing about Mega STs, are the roms the same?
There is 6 chips and 2 chips TOS, All "ST" ranges have one or the other, generally TOS 1.00, 1.02, 1.04. They are all the same.

Re: Which 1040 STF is this?

Its only a simple transistor buffer type circuit which merges V & H.

NOTE that is from a "ST" so part numbers are likely different on your board, but the circuit will be the same.

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)

Not to change the subject but do you still have any plans for the rev H Exxos atari board which you ask for interested parties in dec/jan. It was a respin of the current board with fixes, connector alignment, and some minor upgrades before you moved on to the new major upgrade board.. just querious...
