Re: Exxos's PiStorm blog
Windows is only ever going to see one partition, isn't it? Only boot is FAT32. True. I've not checked in Linux. Does that SD card boot on the Pi, @exxos? I've not tried it as I wouldn't know unless it connects to WiFi.. but that card has Steve settings which wont work on my network... That's anothe...

Re: Exxos's PiStorm blog
Just goto amazon and pick up a Sandisk 32gb card next day delivery for £10..... no stress then. You do realise you could use a bigger card also? Like a 64gb? It would work too. Yep, will have to order one. You should use a dedicated app designed for writing disk images, like rufus or win32diskimage...

Planned closure of AMN forum and group
As previously mentioned back in this old thread https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=806 there does not seem to be any interest in preserving any of this content. I have ported a lot of articles and rescued a lot of the content which is already freely downloadable on this foru...

Re: Exxos's PiStorm blog
I've found the option to restore images in Paragon now. Was easier before they totally changed the GUI ! Not sure what will happen when the SD runs out of sectors. I guess it will just moan and fail. But at that point, its probably blank sectors on the SD image anyway. I can set the stop sectors, bu...

PS: screenie also says is's mounted. You don't want it mounted when you're writing to it at the block level. Well, I don't kn...
