Re: Top of the pile
Falcon Number 2, the stock one, done. So there you go, same leaky caps on this one as the last. One of the larger ones was questionable too.

Re: Top of the pile
Righto, First aid shipment has arrived from Exxos and I've gotten on to a few issues. Last night did Falcon recap No 1 on the CT2b bird. Considering how simple it was it still made me nervous testing it after the recap. Interestingly the two original brown caps were rooted. Works a treat. Falcon No ...

Re: ICD AdSCSI Micro interface remake progress
LOL. There are a ton of storage options these days, I'm amazed by the reverse engineering and development of new kit these days. Engineering teams struggled to match what blokes in their garages are knocking out today. All very much appreciated too. BTW, that ACSI2STM could be reengineered to suppor...

Re: ICD AdSCSI Micro interface remake progress
Getting a bit OT, but, SCSI isn't really worth the effort when you can use ACSI2STM internally on a MegaSTE.

I did get my old AdSCSI Micro working on my MegaST2, works a treat. It is a great little solution.

Re: LC III - Will it ever run?
I've had to learn Amigaese which has similar disk/archive issues but never really invested any time into Macese. Not a lot of point when Atari is perfect.

Re: LC III - Will it ever run?
I got given a few Apple Simm's, not sure what they are. I will have to have a look.
I think my CPU was a 25mhz chip. Runs fine at 33mhz but you do need to update the OS etc otherwise it crashes on boot. It won't identify the Mac model correctly.

Don't forget the overclock. These boxes use a VRAM simm of some kind for video memory don't they? Been years since I opened mine up.
