You need a 2,2KOhm resistor as pullup on the BGACK as well. It's not part of the BOM since it's a fix. So easy to forget to order if you not have it at home already?

I bought mine from Centurion-Tech. Really nice. Olivier has them too, but I don't know if his cord is curly. No pics there. Coolnovelties has them listed but haven't had any stock in months. And the cord is black.

Do ram test cycles with yaart maybe? It wasn't plummer flux you used because that can be corrosive on pcb?

One wire to many on the buffer bypass for HDD. You need to remove the leftmost wire.

There are two different controller boards for the SF354. Which do you have? One have a few logic chip on it and the other one it's just a pcb with traces on it (and two relay). The one with logic chips on it won't work out of the box. The other one should work fine with double sided disks. The ribbo...
