Jon, the only animal that is able to herd cats is the Chihuahua seen here protecting the wife from one of those pesky felines.

Re: RJs Adventures in Mega land III
Not really an issue of @rubber_jonnie breaking his finger. However burnt fingers are always a possiblity when Jon and the infamous soldering iron are in the same room.

Re: RJs Adventures in Mega land III
I'm sure you will get it sorted rubber_jonnie . Just remember your soldering iron is akin to a pitbull and can turn on ya in a microsecond. :) Hopefully this year will be better than last. Getting a severe case of cabin fever here but at least I have all these toys to keep me busy. Happy new year. :...

Re: RJs Adventures in Mega land III
Well, looks like I jumped the gun a bit with the RAM expansion. I just realised that sysinfo reports 4MB, but shows only 721KB available once booted. That's consistent with 1MB available, and I think 1MB is what YAART tested. So the extra RAM is still AWOL, so I think I might have to try dropping i...

Re: RJs Adventures in Mega land III
rubber_jonnie , not sure I agree.. Have two mega 4's and both are and have been rock solid. Have had a lot of trouble with STFM's as far as reliability is concerned. Sold all but one which I added a blister to and an Exxos 4 meg solder in memory card.. If your mega's were well abused in a past life...

Re: Exxos's shipping status
Didn't see that. I've been spending most of my time on a SWTPC S+ attempting to get UniFlex running and getting my Arse kicked severely. Not a lot of info on UniFlex and most things have to be learned by experimentation. Ya, looks like your postal is pretty screwed up.

Exxos's shipping status
exxos , do you know if your shipping is still functioning as it was. On the national news here in the US they are showing a lot of countries refusing GB flights, the French have closed the tunnel, and people are fleeing Londons shutdown. Is this having a impact on your shipping? Whats your outlook ...

Re: Andres' H5 B1 Build
I am assuming your using one of Exxos's supplies. I have one in my mega that works great. However when I first installed it the 5v was fine but the 12V's was 8 volts. Computer ran but real floppy didn't. Come to find out I had the primary windings in series (EU power). Rewiring for parallel primary ...
