I have to agree with Mr Exxos De cluttering is well worth considering and for me the best thing I ever did with the exception of stopping smoking! Thanks derkom, but under that panel there is a cage that holds the drive and I cant for the life of me see how its affixed to the motherboard shielding? or does it just sit under the plastic panel / door? I swear I'm getting dafter the older I get!

I'm a little wary of AC although less chance of sticking! I will probably use an old female connector to ensure no arcs. These were horrible things ...
