Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Design Complete
We have an SPI bus between the CPLD and the ARM that is not used. An SD card could be wired up with that. But actually we're running out of physical space on the damn board. I will need to have a think about where to place the SD card. It will need to be microSD. The video buffer i really like beca...

Re: PLCC to DIP adaptor - TF536 on A600
I note that Lemaru is using KS3.1, not 3.1.4 so which I think ties up with what you were saying Alen about it only being a 3.1.4 issue?

Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Design Complete
Right, in which case the diode clamping should do this since it ensures that voltage levels never exceed 5V. When I get back home tonight I'll dig out the chip spec sheet and pdf a copy of my schematic showing their hookup in this scenario. Will probably need to though so as to protect the the EXT t...

Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Design Complete
How do you mean by buffer?
I have diode clamping (using a single IC) of the RGB signals on the FB-32G which protects the DAC from Latch-up if thats what you're getting at?

Re: CD32 + FMV with A riser
AR/AG/AG would be analogue signals, not digital RGB. You would need to try and find where digital RGB is in the FMV and try and switch it to the DB23. Whole thing seems kinda pointless (like most retro :) ) to me. But hey if you're having fun! Does anyone know if a 68060 would be able to decode VCD...

Re: TF Riser Revision 0 Arrives
Thanks, would appreciate the board for sure, and if/when the ARM USB and RTC is working I'd like to try and integrate (with full credits to all parties) them onto a Firebird module, maybe even a Notport.

Re: A new riser?
That was my thoughts since we have full bus access on the riser breakouts. The best I could find regarding an open source USB Zorro card was this:

I'm not sure on the availability of the Bus Controller chip now though
