I would imagine the A570 suffers the same problem the CDTV does where the memory allocation stuff is hard coded into the ROM - guessing it wont work without a mod to the ROM?

Quick update - all working 100% Ended up reducing a couple of resistor packs to 470ohms - bit more reliable on boot. Then decided it must be the fact its borderline at 50Mhz, and tried 40Mhz - all fine after dropping down to 40Mhz!!! It's not the CPU btw, got multiple here that run fine at 50Mhz for...

Very cool project =D Always wanted to get an MSX, but they seem a bit pricey and so many different models - hard to know which to go for. This would make it nice and small and feature complete =D
