Re: Building the Commodore that should have existed, an interview with Stefany Allaire

One of Commodores problems was I think having too many machines floating about at once, if people were buying Commodore would keep chucking it out the door. You could still get new C64 packs at the beginning of the 90's coming out, well into the Amiga age of Commodore and almost at the end of Commod...

Re: The real life of a printer toner

As we head closer to 10,000 prints on this cart, its starting to leave black smears down the 1 edge after a long print run that has some logos/images on the paper, text is still fine. The smear tends to fade away after printing some normal text only sheets, prob wants a clean  I guess we will n...

How One Company Beat Nintendo's Disc Protection - Datel SD Media Launcher

I love these kind of videos, shows some real trickery, it's also nice to see how things were done and then beaten, how people sat there and worked it all out especially in a age when that kind of info was not a Google away. What amazes me is that some of these systems are not easy to beat even now r...

New 8 bit games Atari 7800 & Commodore 64

Reviews of some new 8 bit games, the Atari 7800 game looks quite impressive. I like the packaging that goes into these old games, so well done must have cost a bomb prob more than they can get back selling the games

Re: Eliminator - Atari ST (1988)

I remember this, it's like a weird cross between Space Harrier and Nebulus, love that floor effect. I remember if the screen got loaded it would slow down a bit, you can see it in the video.

Re: Free PCBs

eBay is the last resort. Can I even list something for free on eBay? :) First offer here, then AF then Facebook and then eBay. Although if I put one of my completed one on eBay I'd certainly charge a lot because of the cost of the parts! Those SRAM chips! OMG they were expensive! Private sellers fo...
