Re: FRAK/2 not working

OK, so I gived up the Frak2 and returned back to FRAK1 with udpated GALs and now I have perfectly working 50MHz PAK/30, FRAK1/Mach64/ETHERNET setup again. However, It would be cool to have much more FastRAM as the full blown Mint, MyAES and high resolution is quite memory hungry. Perhaps time for a ...

Re: Case for 520ST PSU remake

Thanks, but why do you distribute gcode instead of an stl?
I'd like to slice it for my printer and filament setup.

FRAK/2 not working

Hi. I have complete PAK68/3+Frak/1+pupla+panther2 in one of my Megas. With Frak/1, the setup worked perfectly well at 50Mhz, video card and Ethernet. The I decided to replace Frak/1 by Frak/2 and the issues started to come. My PAK (030A revision) GALs were udapted to the latest versions needed for t...

Re: phantom bus accelerator & clock patch

That is something I don't understand either, the 74XX series maxes out around 12MHz I think. The SN7404N is rated up to 35MHz. The "F" is good maybe up to couple of hundreds of MHz. Maybe you could try my idea as it is simple on your machine ? I cannot. Mainly because I no more own a Falcon :( Anyw...

Re: phantom bus accelerator & clock patch

Cool! Maybe you can clear up the slow buffer used for the sdma clock ? The original clock patch design (a single "slow" SN7404N with separated SDMA feed, terminated by 150pF capacitor) was not invented by me, actually. It was a 1:1 copy of the clockpatch of BSS Nemesis accelerator. I decided to use...

Re: phantom bus accelerator & clock patch

Hi, Steve pointed me to this forum. I'm the Phantom accelerator author. I'm ready to answer any questions.

BTW, I already have written some historical and technical info here, but the forum kicked me to the login screen when I tried to send it and everything was lost :(
