Re: Atari TT / MegaSTE ATX-PSU adapter

I made these for the exact reason Steve is pointing : I got a TT .. without PSU .. this was the easy way to get it powered.
Now I'm glad it can help other people in similar situation.

Re: Voltera printer - the beginning..

That last one looks good. Once melted it should make a clean pad contact.

Re: 3.3v->5v 7 signals

Use a 74LVC244 with pull-up to 5V on the output (5V side).
It's a 3.3v device with 5V i/o support. I use it a lot of places exactly for this.

Re: PCB manufacturing and software recommends

I use Eagle 7.7 (on Mac :) ) and PCBWay for all my PCB. They check the file you send before letting you pay, work with you on fixing issue and shipping is fast.

That is indeed very close. Closer than what I've seen so far.

Re: backing up SQL database not working ?

on command help, the bracket are here to show you the parameter is optional, they are not part of the command options, so [user] mean that you should replace [user] by the username .
If you don't specify it at all , it'll ask for it.
