I've found only one on mouser that seems available but price is not in the range that I've paid previously. (sth like 10x)

Yes. I've tried that as well, but not with DiagRom (will test today) 7mhz at header will check in the evening

Completely nothing, on screen only indivision logo, and nothing not even single character on serial.(as mentioned in previous post with 68010 cpu i can see output of diag rom both on screen and serial) The only difference is that with normal rom, indivision logo disappears after few sec. but with di...

Thanks a lot for all suggestions, i will update you with my findings. I have diag rom so, after checking again for soldering issues, and math coprocessor i will go with diag rom.

Thanks for suggestion I will check that, but if there were a short regulator should be hot, and current limit in power supply would kick in, what do you think?

It may look like that on low resolution photo. Two legs are slightly bend, but there is no short between them. I've checked for connection and shorts on cplds and buffer as well.
