Re: WIP Atari ST ScummVM-lite

Does anyone here have a TT or stock Falcon? I'd be interested in knowing if it runs on these machines... appears to work in Hatari but I'm not sure how accurate that emulator is. (Sending you a PM Atarian Computing, but I'd be willing to bet it's not going to display on that Mach64. It sets ST-Low ...

The steel frame in the hard disk caddy isn't connected to anything. It's held in place by welded plastic posts.

The only real "shielding" is the conductive rust paint on the inside of the plastic.
There are early models with metal shielding all over and none of the rust paint.

So is there a program to actually install the cookiejar on TOS104 ? or is it TOS206+ only ? Happy fresh new MonSTer owner checking in. ...

Nice to see it a bit more mainstream, I used to do SETI a long time ago when the fastest CPUs were about 1ghz so thats how long ago :P I don't think my PC would be upto it now  I assume they can use GPUs now that will be loads better :) I immediately thought of SETI that I was into as well :)

Re: exxos blog - random goings on

We managed to switch over 10K+ Win7 computers to Win10 with months to spare. What a hassle though... We're still in the process and AFAIK have extended support due to the number of VDIs. I'm lucky, I came straight in on Win10, but I don't envy the teams doing the migration. Good job in getting them...

Re: exxos blog - random goings on

@exxos Don't forget Windows 7 is officially over as of 14th January, see here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4057281/windows-7-support-ended-on-january-14-2020 So updates will disappear, unless you have an enterprise environment and are paying for extended support. I guess it depends on ...
