Found the problem, I soldered a 74lvc1g14 instead of 17... the one on the 7MHz clock signal that feed the cpld... my bad
now everything is working good

Tried with 25,33 and 50MHz clock it's always the same, with the jumper in 7MHz clock diagrom doesn't even start...
I'm working with the binaries from tf530_2018_11_17_beta.zip, are these the latest?

The 030 seems to work but can't detect and write on chip ram( no screen), but testrom with serial port is working. after some test the 2M fastram seems to be ok...
