Re: How do private messages work on the forum

Also note that i have set my PM preferences such that only moderators can PM me. I don't know what happens if you PM me and you are not a mod/admin. Untitled.png The option to PM you isn't present it seems. Attempting to reply to a PM you sent me I receive "Some users couldn’t be added as they have...

My amiga is stuck with dark grey screen; I like to try diagrom and a fresh kickstart rom just in case the roms are bad.
I have 10 left it seems. You can have 2 but I think you'd be better off with some EPROMs with diagrom on rather than trying to add the complexity of linking two ROM switchers.

I am looking for a pair for Amiga 1200. Is any left for purchase? :)
To be perfectly honest on an A1200 you're better off getting some fast RAM and relokicking. I've just got 3.1.4 on EPROM and let WHDload do its thing...

74AHCT244 or 74AHCT541 work well. You can also use 74HCT.

Just tie the unused input to ground or 3v3.

Hello I'd like a built one please, if you have any left? I realise this thread is quite aged now.

I'm in the UK. Actually you've posted to me before, but that was from an eBay purchase.
Yes I have a few left. PM me.

Re: A501 Rev 6 no memory detected

Thw A501 schematic is in the back of the schematics for the A500. It's called "Cake" or something like that.

Trying to decide if its worth removing the 68000 and putting the logic analyser on it
Sub £30 on eBay for a working one with a game or two and 2 controllers... or £10 for just the console.

Re: Mega Drive Blank Screen No Sound

Clean the cartridge edge connector on the motherboard and the cartridge. Bad connection to the ROM & you get nothing. I often get this when I insert my megaeverdrive for the first time in ages. As an extension, check the cart soldering for cracked joints. Have you tried another game in case the cart...

Does anyone could give a hint how to count time?

I have 50mhz and can derive from there? I need to slow down substantially this?
You need a counter. Google "verilog synchronous counter" or similar. Each tap on the counter register will be /2 the previous clock.

Re: Lattice ispLEVER Classic now costs $$$

Lattice did reply to my email eventually... They offered me a 90 day license extension but that's of little use long term. Say I need to do a bug fix or develop a new project. Their explanation was... We have evaluated our costs for continuing to support our legacy devices on ispLEVER Classic. In th...
