Re: Cooling TF cards in CD32

I remember putting a new fan in my A590 back in the day, All the new fans I tried were even more noisey than the original! Is there space for something like an Evercool 70 x 70 x 15mm Fan in the top of the case? EC7015L05 A blob of hot glue in each corner should be good to hold it in place, ma...

Re: Next TF card for A500 with integrated RTG?

You have to remember that the Amiga Workbench is made to run via the custom chips and in chip ram. graphics.library intuition.library you get the picture. To replace this you have to write a new system that handles moving the mousepointer, building windows/gadgets/icons ect. This all has to run in F...

Re: Getting WFI Working on TF3xx with ESP Module

I honestly dont know.. From here on its "Here be Dragons". I use Term but i wouldn't rely on anything going that fast in an Amiga. Many thanks for the heads up on Term, I got 4.8 from Aminet. It seems that WInUAE upper limit is 115200, I could only get garbage either way. From the CD32 to PC at 230...

Re: Getting WFI Working on TF3xx with ESP Module

Is there a terminal program for Amiga that lets you set serial ports externally or higher than 115200 baud? I have tried X-comm but that is limited to 115200 and is extremely unstable N-comm, my trusty favourite from days of old, runs great but again limited to 115200. I have couple of those esp mod...

Re: Drivers for ESP modules

I did look for an Aux/Keyboard to serial cable, the only thing available was £25 and I still had to find a Serial to USB cable I ordered the BusPirate as it was £25 and does ALOT more than a serial cable, it has an SPI bus sniffer which may be useful The Ethernet adaptor is a similar ENC28J60 module...

Re: Drivers for ESP modules

Not wishing to Annoy but offer alternate options, my CD32 is less than 5 ft from my main PC and as my Firewall/Router is DIY I dont have a wireless connection point This device seems to offer a Com: port at the USB end and an SPI among other ports at the other end offering a Serial connection https:...

Re: TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Design Complete

Looks like I got here to late for number 5 but if there is a spare!
I found a DB23 connector in my box of bits, would be lovely to give it a home.
Got a HP USB wireless Keyb/Mouse set from work, is there anything I can do vis the USB end, info I can retreive from it that may be usefull?
Justin.

Re: TF Riser Revision 0 Arrives

The stacked USB port isnt much bigger than a PS/2 connector, if its in the same position as the kipper those lucky peeps with a 3D printed rear cover will be overjoyed! If the floppy is a no go, could the Amiga parallel port be an option? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-to-25-Pin-DB25-Parallel-Printe...
