Re: TF1260 CPU fan

Fancontrol can turn the fan on or off, you have to use values 0 or 1, and that's about it. simple enough...I'll be setting it up as soon as my CPU fan gets installed We tried PWM control but this ended up being more complicated than i wanted. Some fans stalled unless they were moving first etc etc

Re: timing off running Starstruck Final release demo (2018-04-11)

so this demo runs fine timing wise also on a PiStorm32 and the chip ram speeds are slower than my CS-MKIII so no idea why my TF1260 is off with this great demo??? I dont see the issue on any of my 1260s. The only thing i can think of is perhaps more interrupts are generated on the 1260 and the demo...

Re: timing off running Starstruck Final release demo (2018-04-11)

i pinged erique about this as he is a TF dev and he did the timing for Starstruck but he's a bit busy with real life right now.

Re: timing off running Starstruck Final release demo (2018-04-11)

I never noticed this myself however i wouldn't make a fw change for this unless it was tied to a specific thing that could be tied down.

TF card is faster at chipram writes than the CS is all i can think of.

@erique Does your TF1260 have timing issues on Starstruck? i've never noticed issues on that demo.

Re: TF360 with Kipper2k riser

@Amigaz If there is nothing further on this topic i'm inclined to delete it as it incorrectly gives the impression that the regulator should not be on botton of the TF360.

Re: TF360 with Kipper2k riser

The card doesn't need to be perfectly level. i've mine hanging at about 30 degrees and it's fine. i think you have a different issue

Re: TF360 with Kipper2k riser

What is the actual issue? if it's not shorting there is no problem.

I put insulation tape on the RF shield on mine. it's better that the 360 is supported anyways.
