Re: My CDTV Nightmare

I dont have any money for this right now. Hence its parked.

I've £500+ sunk into Amiga boards that need to shift before I can consider this... so i'll be working on TF330 and TF534 firmwares for the next few months.

I might be wrong but I sort of remember the CDTV keyboard being just a black version of the 2000,3000,4000 keyboard.

Didnt you get an A3000 recently?
Different connector.. CDTV Keyboards are v rate. £150+ for a keyboard.

So i need to put a microcontroller in there that does the same job.. and while i'm at it why not put USB HID on there.. Basical...

Re: CDTV Projects

I should be clear. I have exploded my U75 chip so i need to replace it. And i figured I may as well try and look at long term replacement options for it since those chips are hard to get. So i figured a USB microcontroller would be perfect... i could do the IR functions and keyboard and mouse and co...

Does anyone have info on the CDTV IR chip pinout?

I’m thinking about a solution to my mouse and keyboard issues and replace this chip at the same time

Re: Latest TF534 is here

@alenppc i noticed a regression with my IDE code on the TF534... must have been when i was trying to figure out my cable issues. I've emailed you a new version. Let me know how you get on and i'll push to the repo.

Re: My CDTV Nightmare

Thanks. That worked. Its let me diagnose that the ROMs only wrote to the half way point. :/ https://www.dropbox.com/s/2ti6211sq5g2nby/cdtv.rip?dl=0 after 0xF20000 the rom is garbage from the system view. I'll pull the rom back out and test it with the programmer tomorrow Do i just have incompatible ...
