Have recapped my Falcon and a cap, 47 uf @16 volts connected at its positive end to U23, an SMD dip 8. Problem is what pin does that bodge wire connect to? It came loose and I can't find the pin to connect the bodge wire to. Thanks!

Yes, that is correct czientz, I just remembered that I have been running both Mega STe computers with just the external US while the internal adapter was connected, so you don't need to removed the adapter to run an external ASCI device.

Yes, the internal is a Maxtor SCSI, probably an aftermarket replacement for the original HD as the Maxtor is 120 meg, 5 partitions, and filled to the gills with software.
