Re: If you are trying to register with the forum..
In relation to the Microsoft domains, this also applies to people who are currently registered with Hotmail etc. I keep getting email bounces for private messages and topic subscriptions etc. So if you have a Microsoft email address (hotmail, outlook etc) then please change it. Currently @Robson @A...

Wanted: PCH204 IDE XT drive and STBook mylar
Just 2 easy tasks. First one is a replacement IDE XT for PCH204. The one that failed is an Epson HMD-755. I wonder if the internal slot (in pch204) is a proper ISA slot so an XT-IDE cf replacement could work too. But I'd try the authentic version first. I wanted to bring this config to the retro eve...

Re: South coast retro computer event...any interest??
@Robson I would be in awe at having seen an Atari Transputer in real life. I remember reading the INMOS/Transputer article in ST/Amiga Format magazine at the time (1988?) and was impressed by that parallel computing potential. Would love to see it. Ok. I put the date in my diary and we speak closer...

Re: South coast retro computer event...any interest??
Although I cannot fully commit yet, I am showing interest. It's not too far from me. Probably what is interesting from my collection (that is not a repetition of others) would be: - Sparrow - STBook with the new external FDD - ATW800 (heavy as hell) - CDAR504 - PC1 with PCH204 - PC4 Mitac - 2080STF ...

Re: STBook Floppy Disk Drive - (re)born
In addition, I shared the corrected pinout of the FDD/ACSI connector on the STBook on my site but also attached.
The "STBook_HW_Spec_9-10-1992.pdf" available online is completely wrong.

STBook Floppy Disk Drive - (re)born
I'm not too active on forums but that doesn't mean there is no work done towards my hobby in the background. Here is my latest baby, the STBook floppy drive, NSTF-144 (how I named it), that Atari has never delivered. Specs, quoted from my website: "So this here is a DD/HD Floppy Disk Drive and....

Re: Amiga Scammer - Sometimes known as amiga2000/profizmus/tiedlehet/Kryptonit_a/CommodoreAmigaWorld
I don't think he has any product to offer. It's all calculations and telling how stupid you are for not earning the big bucks. It's only simple trade of computers and parts what I've seen so far, never making of stuff like you or exxos do. Wanted to get into the repair business too but his reputatio...

I think he's not always dishonest but definitely hugely jealous of any kind of activity that generates revenue.
He's from around Szeged but as far as I heard he avoids every kind of personal interaction (even though some said they'd thank him few things in person...)
