Not sure if you saw, my post on fixing my floppy issue with board #1. It was a faulty YM2149 chip. When I replaced it, the floppy was recognised and worked fine.

Small update, Board #1 is now alive again after re-soldering the NO BLITTER jumpers and removing the Bliiter chip. So it is back to booting TOS but not seeing the floppy. Board 1 continues to be a problem child. It now has a blitter fitted but it now shows a long row of bombs on a white screen. Will need to find some time to diagnose and may put this board on-hold for now as I am very busy at work. Board 2 (my fully working board) now has a working blitter. :D IMG_20...
Have not had time to work on my two boards recently so no real change for me except that I now have the extra 3M PLCC sockets and 2 blitter chips from Best arrived today. Will see if I can spend time this weekend to get these fitted.
