Have you got the additional wire connected to Gary?

Can you upload a picture of the chip and how it is installed into the motherboard?

Yes, the cable is connected to pin 36 of the Gary. The green screen doesn't show it anymore. The system boots, but always shows little chipram.

DKB MegAChip

Hi, These days I found a DKB MegAChip, I connected it following what is written in the manual. But I have noticed that when I turn on my computer I sometimes get a green screen and then it continues booting. I also saw that on the upper line of the workbench where the memory is indicated that the Ch...

Re: Amiga 2000 / 600 Accelerator Cards

Probably your only option is Vampire or a 68030 TK. http://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?99425-68030-TK-Another-accelerator-card-for-Amiga-A500-A1000-A2000-designed-by-Matze-(aka-Matthias-Heinrichs) Ok, the TK 68030 might interest me, it is could be a great solution for A2000, Now I have to find a ...

Re: GVP Impact A2000-HC+8 Series II su A2000

1 minute and 36 seconds pass from when I turn on the computer until the WB screen appears. They seem a little too many. I noticed that during the boot there are some initial stall phases with the hard disk LED that seems to be on steady, then after a minute it flashes and loads the WB even if the f...

Re: GVP Impact A2000-HC+8 Series II su A2000

And it doesn't (or shouldn't) take long to scan the chain anyway. It should take a matter of seconds. 1 minute and 36 seconds pass from when I turn on the computer until the WB screen appears. Re: GVP Impact A2000-HC+8 Series II su A2000

Re: GVP Impact A2000-HC+8 Series II su A2000

On this card there are also jumpers for SCSI IDs, there are 3 jumpers J10, J11 and J12. The manual explains only the position of the jumpers for the RAM, but not that for the SCSI IDs. Do you to know the settings of these jumpers? Thanks At a guess they'll be the SCSI address. Those are usually 3 b...
