Re: 32.084988MHZ oscillator shortages

I did wonder about recreating the 32mhz gen, but its output is pretty bad. Good design on the PCB though. At least its a option! Its why I was asking about a more dedicated more modern solution to it. Probably can be done but not looked into it yet. I am asking around some companies to see what it w...

Re: exxos blog - random goings on

@stephen_usher why not just rotate the TF536 and have the CPU towards the PSU where there is more height ?

32.084988MHZ oscillator shortages

I have managed to source about 30 more of these but basically once these are gone that is it :( I have not actually looked for a crystal oscillator of that frequency yet... So I am wondering if anyone has come across any oscillator driver chips which work well as we may have to start reusing the osc...

Re: exxos blog - random goings on

I designed these adapter a while ago and PhilC Built a couple of for us to test out.. These seem to work well but definitely need a heatsink, I guess it is a little unfair as the ceramic package is technically a heatsink already... The plastic package I had up to 57c , with a heatsink it is around 4...

Re: Problems with my Atari 1040STf

It may be a bad reset switch, or may simply need the capacitors in the reset circuit changing... But he could literally be anything you would need a depth diagnostics doing.
