Re: H4 schematic

By the way. Can you use the 32MHz oscillator (2 pin) which I have desoldered from my donor board instead of the XO 4-pin which you have chosen on the mongrel build? The XO have GND, +5V and clock signal. The 2 pin have +5V and clock?

Re: H4 schematic

Hmm. Found some small error I think in the BOM:

Cap C46, C47 and C48 is listed as 0805 package/SMD, 50pF but mouser part is 80-C315C510F3G5TA. A Thru hole cap. Part of DAC circuit. Must be wrong?

C10 doesn't have a mouser part number. Part of the audio circuit.

Re: Looks like I'll be getting a Mega ST4 soon

Bank 0 seems fine then. Have you tested piggyback the ram chips on Bank 1? It might work depending on if the chip(s) that is faulty is not shorted inside. You just fit a ram chip on top with friction so that the legs touch each other. Depending on how many you have you can try piggyback all of them ...

Re: Wanting to try MultiTos

The SIMM module can only handle 256Kb or 1Mb simms. So 4Mb is max. Well, easy way anyway... You have to do other tinkering to get 12 Mb.

Seems that the switch needs power to work? 1Mb/4Mb switching should be done before you turn the computer on.

Re: 1040 STF...Unlucky :)

If I can remember correctly it's only 5 of them. On the C070787, RP2 and RP3 are the data bus and RP4, RP6 and RP8 are the data bus.
