Re: TF360 Status

Excellent, have you got any other 060s to try out? I'm interested in seeing how the LC performance stacks up against the RC.

Re: TF536 Experiment

Interested! Put me in line for two if you do end up ordering a batch. That way I can do a back to back comparison on the builds.

Re: Aros on TerribleFire

Winimage will write HDF bud, obviously the image must be the same size or smaller than your CF i havent found a way to make it write HDF.. only seems to like VHD Is it failing to write or just not picking the file up? Version 9.0 : Run as Admin. "Disk" menu. Restore virtual Hard Disk image on physi...

Don't forget to run Winimage as Administrator, otherwise you'll be scratching your head :)

Re: A new riser?

Last time I ordered 105 of these it came to over $800 and that's no pocket change. 105? My question is, what are you going to do with that extra connector left over at the end? Perhaps if you guys all agree not to order any more for a month or two the algorithm will bring the price back down :)

Is Mouser the only place the risers are available from? Ive done a few orders with them in the past, fast and reliable they are.
The 5650092-1 edge connectors are also available from Digikey, but the price is essentially the same.

Re: A new riser?

Guys, you have forgotten that Brian opened gerber files only, not design itself, so person who will add an rtc circuit will need to redraw riser from scratch (or use Beprepared's brd from his github repository)... Ian Stedman has an open riser design that was never fully realised, on his Github. ht...

Re: A new riser?

+1 for the 23 pin connector here as well. Although both the male and female connectors are considered to be rare it does seem that someone out there is still (re)manufacturing them as there are a couple of sellers in the UK that seem to have them constantly in stock. Individually in the case of the ...

Re: A new riser?

The Gotek would be in the ARM like a MiST. Ah, I misunderstood, - full on-board floppy emulation without the need for an external interface to a floppy/Gotek, that's a much more impressive feature! I previously had a look at implementing the RTC circuit on an existing riser design. It's probably wi...
