Re: TF330 NVram issue

EDIT: you guys have been screaming for this for months ... nobody managed to test it? was there like a big football game on or something lol I'd much rather be testing the idiosyncrasies of the CD32 NVRAM than watching football :) The issue I'm having is that the original missing NVRAM entries issu...

Re: TF330 NVram issue

8Bit - Do you know how to create a NVRAM save on Pinball Fantasies or Pinball Illusions CD32 versions? I have the official controller. I've updated to the new 2019_09_03 firmware but I'm having a hard time testing this as it seems the implementation of NVRAM saves by the few games that use it is pre...

Re: TF330 NVram issue

Followed the procedure above and can now successfully dump the CD32 NVRAM using DumpNVRAM once the musetcachemode is in operation. In case they're still required I've attached a zip containing two NVRAM dumps from the same machine, one a single save from Pinball Illusions, the other, all files that ...

Re: TF330 NVram issue

So i needs someone to dump a game slot for me with that tool If you load the CD32 version of D/GENERATION from WHDLoad and start play you can save the game immediately usin...

Re: Fixing smd pads.

I agree, I just use enamelled wire and run it off to either the trace destination or if it's easier, a bit of exposed trace. recreating pads is all well and good if you want to make it look all pretty, but it serves no real practical purpose. Using an Amiga in 2019 serves no real practical purpose,...

Re: Fixing smd pads.

Probably be a good idea to post images of your exact problem. Sorry I don't have this board just now. It is Amiga 1200 board without three capacitor pads. I am slowly getting courage, knowledge and required equipment to fix it. I was thinking to use UV solder mask to fix in place new cut pieces of ...

Re: The TF536 arrives

You talking about TF330 now, right? I've no boards of any kind atm. I kept a few TF534s back and they all got shipped as replacements for those that go missing. I think Amiga people assume i'm making a killing off this.. i really am not.It just about keeps my wife off my back for the money i put in...

Re: TF360 Status

You need an MMU on the Amiga AFAICT.. Without it you cant mark the address space sections as non-cacheable etc. So for EC you will need to disable caches AFAICT. LC versions are fine. Just buy a CPU from chucky. otherwise you're taking a gamble. I was just going to ask about the LC version :) Any c...

Re: TF536 on A500
