Make an adaptorboard to put 4 Roms onto it, connect it to the CPU and create the address decoder, that's the only compatible way. Maprom isn't compatible and makes problems. Looks like on your LA is a Bit missing, be sure that alle Ground wires are connected (have the same LA) on that one Picture Adresse starting with 0x7 is not what the falcon does I guess.
Its also suggested by the creator of the Pak to change the Latches and Drivers against F types, because the F types are to slow. Only the F type working correctly ... with pak and faster bus its also necessary to swap the memorys against faster memorys.
