It does sound sooo similar to my Nasty DMA issue.

I would socket out the DMA and try another one to see if that is the case.

I think diagnosing step by step is the best approach as you have been doing thats what I had to do on the ALPHA by testing two versions of the 1772 chip and two versions of the DMA chip to see which combination worked. Thats how I ended up figuring out it was a DMA chip that was causing my issue. Th...

Just a thought could this be a DMA chip issue. I was seeing similar behaviour when building the STFM Alpha Remake and the DMA chip appeared to be working but with floppy issues. Awesome project, my experience with printing ABS was never very good. I tried some ABS+ that is supposed have less shrinkage and was able to get a decent print every once and awhile. Have seen a few images not being placed in line on the forum recently.

Please make sure when adding an image to also place inline so that the images flow with the text.
