Re: STFM Keyboard Remake

How are you going to do the controller? Are you going to salvage old HC6303's from existing keyboard, or are you going to use a different microcontroller and program it from scratch. Going with a new controller (maybe a Teensy board?), would allow adding new features. For instance one could separat...

Now here is the "Where's Wally" challenge.

Can anyone spot the additional feature Exxos has added to the board? I've seen it :)

Re: STFM case remake

Good morning, I'm in the midst of enhancing an Atari 130XE with an Ultimate 1MB expansion , 3.5" internal diskdrive on the righthand side and Midi ports on the lefthand side with an SIO2MIDI as shown here https://ataribits.weebly.com/midi.html As such I was considering using the ST bottom case Midi...

Nova GPU Case

Hats off to Atari Computing for creating this Nova graphics card case. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3638032

Have started printing it off today (half way through) to house my ATI MACH 64. Am going to adapt it to also include the USB PC back plane from the Lightning card.

Re: How do you decide on a classic computers value?

In recent months I've sold a number if STes from my collection. Anything from £96 to £126 final auction fee on Evilbay. The thing that I've found at the moment is that old computer prices are slowly rising. Of course you always see the chancers listing an Atari for £284.99 buy it now etc etc but ho...

Re: BLITTER RE-CREATION THOUGHTS

Have finally finished the buffer board to work with the Max10 board. It is designed to work as a GLUE, MMU or BLITTER.

Re: BLITTER RE-CREATION THOUGHTS

Interesting name again. Sparkalaphobia - the fear of Glitter Interesting that the right board didnt break out all the pins but does look like it was primarily aimed at the advanced Arduino user. Yes it was odd especially as the Intel board has the bigger chip compared to the other board. Most of th...

Re: BLITTER RE-CREATION THOUGHTS

Just to give an update on the FPGA Blitter board (Sparkalaphobia - I did mention we had started naming boards). This thread isn't dead we are working through some issues and directions. Firstly we had some issues with the footprint libraries in Eagle the worst one being the regulator. The pins were ...
