Yes if you want native screens. Going forward there can/will be a cheap shifter adapter -> MIPI using a $9 devkit. Switching gears here a bit, since the PiSTorm has HDMI output, is there any reason
to have an RGB2HDMI mod or to consider doing one?

The PiStorm (Amiga A500 Rev B) sits in a 64 pin IC socket. If you have an ST, then the CPU will need removing to install a socket. No other mods are required. The Atari-PiStorm project has been developed to use Pi4's. However, it has been found that reasonable performance is available using a Pi3A+. Pi Zero 2W, and Pi3B's also work, but they are slow. The biggest problem facing us at the moment is how the hell to install the hardware. ST's are the bigges...
