I was looking at the circuit diagram for that FMV badger and racking my brains, could the FMV part be dumped and the STV8438CV be used as a 24bit display? TTC-LF - great stuff, A mate of mine swiped one of those from the YTS ITeC we were at back in 1989, he has repaired countless electronic items since then and the tin is still going strong!
