I don't think we need to go that far, this was my side-project to give me something achievable to do while you guys did the hard stuff on the HDMI one! T...

Re: Sidequest: VGA scan doubler

The only news is that I'm lazy :D Or more to the point, I haven't got so much motivation anymore since the CPLD that I used for this project was (temporarily?) discontinued by the manufacturer and I can no longer buy any more of them. So this was also motivational to improve those old unfinished projects as well. I wouldn't recommend d...

Re: Wordle

Some notes on Wordle: - It tracks the daily Wordle, but only if you have a real-time clock - The clock needs to be in GMT+11 to track exactly (the same timezone where the real Wordle changes over at midnight) otherwise it'll be a different time of day - It doesn't keep statistics or give instruction...

Re: MMU operation and ST Startup & running where does code live?

Is running code from ROM actually any slower than RAM on a stock ST?

Re: Future Wars

Loved this game. There's only one problem: if you didn't pick up a very tiny object the size of a single pixel at the beginning of the game, then when you get to the end you won't be able to complete it. A bit harsh.
