Cheers Phil, I've made this Kicad version and it's pretty much good to go, pending some more slight changes.

Re: The TF536 on a CDTV
That relocator *looks* like it wont move the CPU far enough. methinks you'll still be clipping that cap ... just... if it doesnt work maybe you can get the sources and tweak it a bit... it wont need to move far. Yes, the ST?? version that 8BitDreams was discussing won't move the 536 far enough. The...

Re: The TF536 on a CDTV
I received the CDTV from bartekmalysz this evening. All looking good and as he described it. Thanks for that. Upon popping the cover and placing a partially built TF536 in position it became clear that placing additional pin rows under the card won't solve all the problems, at least on this REV 2.2....

Re: TF536 Problems with Amiga and WHDLoad
I am pretty sure it's a full fat 030, with MMU, i can map the kickstart ROM, and see a massive speed increase. the screen draw speed improves 350% Changing out the CPU for a known genuine ceramic RC50 OR RC33 and testing again would be my first port of call, but I appreciate not everyone has one of...

Re: TF536 Problems with Amiga and WHDLoad
The issue sounds more fundamental but on the occasions that you can get an image to boot, if you uncomment NoAutoVec in S:/WHDLoad.prefs do the autovector errors go away when you attempt to start a game? If the CPU is/was a plastic package EC then installing MMULib won't do anything as there's no MM...

Re: TF536 Problems with Amiga and WHDLoad
Hi Duncan, A few questions: What revision of A500 are you using it on? What ROM version? Does the 536 have the three IDE buffer chips installed or not? What brand(s) of CF cards are you using? What type of CF adapters are you using? What CPU is in the 536? Can you upload some photos of the whole set...

Re: DIY 68060 Socket
Here you go gents, Kicad (5.1.6) project with gerbers attached. I've increased the drill size for the pins from 1.35mm to 1.4mm as hopefully this will be a more easily achievable within tolerances during manufacture and also allow easier press fitting. DIY 68060 Socket
Here's an idea for all you thrifty Motorola lovers out there! Looking for a fitting receptacle to mount that Genuine Revision6 68060 processor you ordered from China; but turned out to be a burnt out EC? Tired of throwing away those gold pin header dog ends that you clipped off the end of your newly...
