Sure. I will draw a diagram.

Re: Request for building a simple board

I could probably do it if is just a simple breakout board. That would be awesome, but I would accept only if you charge me! :) Would really need to know there is any particular pinout you want or whatever is convenient to route. Just a few pins are special. Clock and ground have to be in specific p...

Request for building a simple board

Hi, I have a request for all those here that love to build small boards. I need one very simple board to be manufactured and populated. I need somebody that is willing to do it and, of course, I will pay all the costs including parts and work. I need it for prototyping and developing some H5 extensi...

@exxos Thank you very much for all the schematics.

Is there some kind of release notes for all the changes between major and minor revisions?

Re: Old ICs are getting impossible to find now

The one I have read of being used with a real drive was by Wolfgang Förster for Suska. IIRC, at least parts of Suska's WD1772 was implemented by DrCoolZic. But as most Suska cores, it is very far from being accurate. Well, at least last time I check it which, admittedly, was very long ago. I suspec...

Re: Old ICs are getting impossible to find now

So, maybe it's time to build a working well simple FPGA replacement of 1772? Not sure if one exists. Maybe @ijor knows ? I do have a WD1772 compatible core. It was never tested with a real physical drive. But there is no reason to believe it won't work. It might need some adjustments, in the worst ...

Re: AtariAge acquired by Atari. Wow

As you said before I can see why the Stella devs are annoyed but they chose the licence they did. But it's still early days - there's so much venom about it over there, Atari may need to make some kind of donation to the project. I think it is natural to get annoyed. You might say that that they ch...

Oh, so you were a rather late adopter. I bought my first 600XL on 1984! Shame on you and more respect for the veterans! :) :)

Re: AtariAge acquired by Atari. Wow

I doubt very much they have any plans for any kind of hardware recreation, not even for the 8-bit.

Re: Atari 2600+ preorder

Note that it's emulator based. Furthermore, seems it uses Stella, a very popular open source emulator.
