Try putting the folder in you public share fold see if appears. The everyone shows read but may not be getting rights to view. Windows has a few bugs left

It looks like a thin film around some of the resistors leads and the socket have some of the discoloration. I have see this with honey tea spilled in a 1040 really good conductor when it was dried acted like a low ohm resistor.

Do you have the floppy image in that path or is it in a public pathway folder. Find that file on the pc. It would have the right set correctly
