Re: Kult

It really looks like something unique, I'm going to try it tonight.

Kult

I just stumbled upon this game poster and I think it looks quite interesting. Is the game any good?

Re: Ultrasatan case

Looks like they applied some post-printing treatment since the curves look so smooth. If it's PLA, it could've been done using a heater. For ABS, probably acetone.

Re: Atari SC1224

Thank you. Solved. I had to adjust the Red and Green Cut Off regulators. The Red and Green Drive regulator didn't correct the problem but the Cut Off regulator (next to the others), yes. Thanks again for the help. Great! I'll be recapping a few SC1224s in the coming months so this will help me too.

Re: Atari SC1224

I have replaced all the caps on another SC1224 but I have noticed something didn't go well: One of the SCs if I put brightness and contrast to its max shows a red-brown color. So the red color is predominating in this monitor. On the other hand, the other monitor has de same issue but with the gree...

Re: Strange part connected to flyback of Atari SC1224

I just remembered some crt history. The extra flyback were run off the crowbar transformer to but a charge on the tube to keep the x rays down until there was a horizontal signal. And it made them come on fast tv-x-rays-radio-electronics-april-1970-1_small.jpg Tom I've always been a bit scared of X...

Yeah. Perhaps they consider the power adapter unsafe or something. I'm sure as hell not going to use the adapter anyway and they'd probably be right about that.

Sadly it never arrived and the seller refunded the order in the end. They said the package was rejected at customs or something and sent back to China. I wonder what was exactly going on there :?

Anyway, I'll order another somewhere else.
