The CPUs we tried with the TF536 did work okay, so you should be fine at 25mhz

rubber_jonnie its the deflection coils plug that’s the main difference, the spare board has an offset pin but this one doesn’t. Then of course I haven’t got and radial 2200uf or 470uf caps to complete the recap. I’m going to see if I can find a new HT coil for it. Something a bit like this. IMG_307...

@rubber_jonnie hopefully it will but the other board I have has a slightly different connection for the wires going to the CRT, nothing I can’t fix though.

Same machine but the analog board must be a different revision.

@rubber_jonnie especially when your spare analogue board is slightly different annoyingly. It’s got a different Ht coil. Might have another somewhere, fingers crossed.

And of course I’ve spoke too soon, the HT has now started to make that distinct high pitched whine that it does. Fortunately I have a spare analogue board, so let’s hope the pinout is the same.
