I was hoping at some stage when terriblefire has some idle hands could he please send us a TF536 firmware build without the flashy boot rom at f00000? We are able to test other accelerators...

Wow that looks really nice. I'd keep it stock as you will just be constantly chasing your tail upgrading a Rev 3. Much easier ways to get a daily driver A500 just with another Rev 6/8. That or just swap the mobo and keep the case, leds, fdd, keyboard etc. It would look chicken lips outside but less ...

where are you measuring 5V at? The motherboard? Have you compared with the output post on the PSU? Those taped joins look a little sketchy - tried a thicker wire and cleaned contacts where the PSU cable connects to the board?

The only board I know of that you open-sourced an sdram controller is the TF330 right?

Okay wow I skipped over the part where you said 1.3 actually does give you a CDTV screen (albeit red, but meaning the CPLD loaded correctly) - that is promising that DMA might be less of an issue on the TF536 than the TF530/TF534. I will try my TF536 on my A570 that has R/W disconnected from the CPL...

Also don't get your hopes up - I still come back to looking at this from time to time. There are more problems than just drivers. The A570 does not work the same as a CDTV. It has a Xilinx FPGA loaded by a serial eeprom that often gets stuck loading when something other than a 68000 is in the 68000 ...
