I tried search for an existing tool but failed, although I'm very certain such tools exist.
Creating a script to curl the mainpage and then all linked internal pages in a tree, comparing some value, isn't that difficult. I could do it, although reinventing the wheel should always be avoided :/

Agree, the text not displaying correctly and that error message sounds like it. However, you might want to do the same patch as this to make sure it's not a different error altogether where the error message itself causes the malformed characters:

Sounds good! I propose making a quick edit saying "editing" on top of a page we're currently working on so others know not to touch it. It will cause an extra revision in the history of the page but I don't think that's an issue.

dev-docs doesn't allow directly linking to files anymore - everything has to be changed to link to the search-box instead.

I believe cheap version is to cut DE, connect composite to it, and then run Overscan or Lacescan. And yeah, you'd need a hardware-switch to control when to be in fullscreen and when not to.

I'm going to guess it's all io_wait. I think @chronicthehedgehog is on the right track regarding indexes. I'm guessing there's some immutable lock on each update.

What's the database engine? MySQL? If so there must be something wrong with the way the deletion is done
