I have noticed this a lot over the past year, prices of parts in China are skyrocketing, but does anyone know why? This may be why I ended up reducing the RGB resistor values when sorting out my monitor cable. I took out the 3 diodes in the RGB lines, (ups the voltage).. now I have a proper image, but now to bright! :lol: IMG_3341.JPG So diodes technically not needed :P In light of what I said in the other thre...

Thing is, I can't see any of the cars. Its like the whole screen is like 50% darker than it should be. So I need to work out whats gone wrong there. Probably slight bias issue on the RGB drivers :roll:

Another thing the video suffers is when the floppy drive is accessed, it causes a momentary drop in voltage which you can see on the monitor as the white border dimming.. Of course a lot of this is down to the power supply.. Could actually be improved and I have done just that the test before in the...

Been playing with the Ultra Satan all day and the machine is running with no anomaly's. I've soft loaded TOS2.06 and every thing's good. Been doing a lot of copying so I have a good flash card for this machine. Gotten so brave to stick in my master to copy stuff off of.. :dualthumbup: Great we have...
