Don't blame you.. but you can bodge caps over the top of the existing ones.. So not much can go wrong (in theory)

Yep, caps in the reset circuit are the wrong value and are duff these days. Do you know any company who could do this or somebody who could pick up the challenge? I would prefer to hand it to somebody who knows how to fix Falcons ideally.... It depends where you are in the world. But I assume you could remove the wires yourself then find a local SMT rework company to chang...
