RTC FALCON (exxos RTC board) software

A simple zip of xconrol which works on the stock falcon 030 to set the time and date. Also bootconf 2 included.

NOTE - PAL/NTSC and time/date delimiter will likely be incorrect until bootconf is used to set them.
