TF CD32 Riser Revision 2 Design Complete

Post by terriblefire »

The new CD32 Riser is design complete and I've placed an order for 5 with almost full assembly.

The remaining assembly is 7 caps, 1 CPLD and the sockets (USB, DB23 & MCA). Everything else is on the board already.

The order was £120 for 5 so if you are interested in beta testing they will be £25 each (assuming they work) in the form they arrive from china. One is reserved for @arkadiusz.makarenko and one for myself.

Feeling a bit broke now.. Three in flight orders with JLC.

Put me down for one @ £25, I might even have the parts to finish building it this time! :)

TBH i'll probably put a XC9572XL for everyone so long as i can find the chips in the lab. Just needs the DB25, 2 x MCAs and the USB header. Oh and the battery holder has changed to a smaller type.

I wouldn’t mind one, if nobody else feels the calling.

Ha! Ok. Not needing it right now. But i'm at my limit in terms of pushing new things to the boardhouse for a while

Looks like I got here to late for number 5 but if there is a spare!
I found a DB23 connector in my box of bits, would be lovely to give it a home.
Got a HP USB wireless Keyb/Mouse set from work, is there anything I can do vis the USB end, info I can retreive from it that may be usefull?
Justin.
