Thanks for the heads up guys I was thinking £550 - £750 but I decided to check out eBay and this one sold for around £1300 see last pic
I'm selling my Atari TT it's originally from Germany inc keyboard but I have the UK roms
I have tested to boot and is seems ok? but I dont need to tell anyone here its a relatively old machine and will probably need its psu recapping? I had planned to do this.
i have removed the hard drive becasue I'm fearful of it moving around and damaging the case in transit.
I have more pictures and can post them here on the forum at request. If you are interested please PM me.
I also have an ATARI MEGA STE but this is not booting PLEASE USE ATTACHMENTS TAB BELOW TO UPLOAD a dark grey / black screen via TV
EDIT: After some consideration I will only be accepting PayPal or cheque (must clear) for the purchase of the TT and am offering it at £700 but the buyer will have to also pay for the item to be shipped including the insurance cost of shipping.
Thanks

Re: FOR SALE Atari TT030 North West UK
Hi @zack4mac , what do you call reasonable offers? I'm interested in a TT but want to make sure it's what I can afford etc.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
Re: FOR SALE Atari TT030 North West UK
I think quite a few of us are in a similar boat...we'd love to have one (and cherish it) but find that some of them on certain auction sites are priced beyond the limits of our pockets (a bit like the occasional Falcons that crop up).
Similarly, for the Mega STE...
In the meantime, I will try and polish the crystal ball in the hope of a win on the lottery!

I'm really in the same boat as @JezC and @PhilC , some kind of indication would be useful as I wouldn't want to waste your time. These things are very rare and difficult to get hold hold of. I'd like either, though the TT would be my preference, but justification is the difficult part.
Collector of many retro things!

Johnny, there is also a very nice mega STE on eBay right now, you might have seen it. It comes with a black case and lots of upgrades.rubber_jonnie wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2020 4:00 pm I'm really in the same boat as @JezC and @PhilC , some kind of indication would be useful as I wouldn't want to waste your time. I can't even remember what the last TT I saw for sale went for. Sure wouldn't mind being the lucky bidder.

Re: FOR SALE Atari TT030 North West UK
There's someone on eBay trying to sell one for about £1000 but it's been sitting there for many months, unsurprisingly.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Re: FOR SALE Atari TT030 North West UK
As much as I would like one, its not £1000 worth of value for me but then I'm spoilt by having a Mega ST with pak68/3 and nova graphics anyway.stephen_usher wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2020 10:03 pm There's someone on eBay trying to sell one for about £1000 but it's been sitting there for many months, unsurprisingly.
