Not Atari but found this article interesting spelling out several twists and turns in the ZX Vega+ console facing Indiegogo's debt collectors

That's been on-going for some time. It's surprising that anyone backed it given the history of the main players.

However, the Kickstarted "ZX Spectrum Next" (https://www.specnext.com/) is shaping up nicely, if a little delayed by the plastic case production. The development boards arrived only two months late, last November/December.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.
